Hi. Ok so I was in gym and this girl starts hitting me out of nowhere and as soon as I felt blood coming down my noise my reaction was if she wasn’t going to stop hitting me then I’d push her off. So I did and then she grabbed onto me and I fell on top of her and hurt her I got worried so I walked her to the nurse. And as soon as she leaves school grounds she post on the interns what had happened , and as soon as I go out of gym everyone starts threatening me and so I called my mom and told her to come pick me up. And I’m a boy. So I haven’t went to school for 2 months because my principle didn’t want to do anything about it. And so we decided to get the police department and the CCSD involved. And the police took charge of it and he said it was ok I pushed her off me it was self defense. And so I’m wondering can she serve prison for it or not because ever sense that day of the incident Ive been bullied and before it I’ve been called gay because the majority of my friends are girls.
