Hello. I am 17 years old, I have been doing an online schooling for all my 4 years of high school. I don’t really want to say the name of it but it is accredited by www.advanc-ed.org.
I had no problems whatsoever and have recently graduated on November 2015.
I don’t want to use there real names so there will be 3 people; L, D, and P.
On December, L ordered my diploma. I emailed L on February 16 just to check up on my diploma. The next day I received an email stating the diploma was completed and in transit for signing, then will be sent to me. That was the last contact I had with L. March 9 I emailed to check up, no reply. March 28, no reply– April 20, no reply– Lastly June 14, 2016 still no reply. The person I was emailing was the Vice President of the school.
Even though I was trying to get info and whereabouts on the diploma I was emailing another person know as the COO, P.
On April 20, P stated the diploma has been reordered due to the printing company. I was able to schedule a teleconference with L the Vice principle but my mother was the one to talk with her.
On June 7th, P said the diploma has been ordered, signed and mailed to me.. On June 15th after a few email exchanges P said she will call L, L stated the diploma has been remailed to me, it is currently June 21.
It has not arrived in the mail yet which it should since it was sent via USPS.
My mom has been contacting D a couple of times the passed 6 months to get information, my mom says he was a lot cause because she stated he said to contact L.
Just recently today I tried calling his number but that number doesn’t work anymore.
The website number is ringing but nobody is picking the calls up, I haven’t been receiving emails back anymore from P. I have 4 years of high school transcript with official seals and signature with no diploma, what am I supposed to do now?
My mom paid $90/month in total about $3,330. Whats messed up is they upped their cost to $600/month.
I have no way to contact the founder, I only have an address. I probably should create my very own blog to warn others of this particular school I’ve been doing. What should I do now?
