Dear Judge: I have a few questions to ask and to see if I have any options. My first question is back in February 2016 I was arrested so my Girlfriend came to the jail to bail me out so she met with the bail commissioner and he told her one price so then she went to the bank to get the money and returned to the police station then the commissioner changed the price and ended up keeping her money even though I didn’t get bailed out of jail that night. is he allowed to keep the money even though I didn’t get out? what options are available if any?

My second question is how do I report a business ( other than corporate) or file a legal compliant because back in march 2016 I got hired for a retail job and then 3 weeks later I was suspended and then fired for not telling them I was arrested. I understand that is there policy but it happened before I got hired and it was a misdemeanor. When they did a background check it should of came up. I feel I was wrongly terminated do I have a case or no?
