Hi , a assosiate of mine contacted me off a stolen phone . The owner of the phone has records of the phone log, and he’s saying that I am also responsible for the stolen phone just because I was contacted by the number. Am I responsible and would I be also held accountable. I didn’t know that the phone was a stolen phone. I just knew that a friend of mine contacted me of a different number and I held a conversation. Am I also in the wrong ?
