Does the judge ever actually read the case and consider all circumstances of a case, and circumstances leading up to the arrest, where its his word against his, and no one was physically injured , no intent either, and nothing taken, no intent again…. Before sticking a felony on an 18 yr old and first time offense…? Or does judge just go by what prosecution wants
