Hello, my name is Enrique Henry I am 17 years old of age I am originally from Seattle Washington and currently I live in San Juan Nepomuceno, Paraguay in South America I was living in Seattle until the age of 10 then I moved with parents and sister to Paraguay I have been homeschooled here and everything seems to be ok ! I am planning to finish high school back in the us and I just really needed to ask a few questions first. My first plan was to get emancipated so I could sign up for school on my own and care for my bills and medical care but what we have read it seems quite hard, My plan is to go to Seattle this November to visit family and start my semester in January… I want to attend a school in Topeka, Kansas… I would be living with my girlfriends older brother… He would be letting me live with him until I’m 18, my parents are totally ok with idea they support me… But how can I sign up for school without my parents present cause they can’t afford a plane ticket to go with me… They would be staying in Paraguay… That’s all I need to know… If you could help me out I would appreciate it so much, please write back… Thank you …
