My friend who is 17 year old male who was 16 at the time. Is being accused with 3rd degree rape and could possibly be charged by a 17 year old female who was 16 at the time. The incident happened over a year ago and there is no evidence that he did so there is one witness saying that he did not and she has no witnesses. It is just her words that have started the case

•If the charges do come up how will the age before and now affect the ruling
