I have a friend that lives in Alabama. Her fourteen year old son and his thirteen year old girlfriend are expecting a baby.
She is concerned that if the girls parents get temporary guardianship of the new child, her son will have no rights to his daughter.
If this would happen could he have a DNA paternity test completed or is he to young to fight for his rights to the baby. (He is fourteen)
