I am separated filed for divorce we both have attorneys married 27 years he would not let me finish a degree his mom got me a job as a favor since I was new to that city and it was for the state no pay good benefits fast forward 27 years I’ve never been happy his attorney told my attorney will try to take this to court my attorney knows I don’t want that but is seeing unequal division since he makes so much more money as a pharmacist and I can’t make a life on my salary …he said we will go to court and judge will just make us auction everything and I’ll end up with less than his offer of 50/50 I can’t live on my own salary and spitting our retirement is fair but I will have to live on that and he won’t says if I ask for spousal support he will retire and won’t have to pay it…he will have half retirement plus his social sec from 33plus years of making a great salary what should I do take his offer ? And not go for uneq div. we r in Arkansas if u need state
