My father verbally gave me a property to build my home on 6 years ago and only asked that I pay 30$ monthly if I use water from the well ,i fell 4 months behind on the water money and now they are wanting me to sign a rental/lease agreement that has a bunch of stipulations because they are mad at my wife and if we both don’t sign then they are evicting us from my home that I have every receipt showing that I built this thing , Do I have any rights or claims to my home legally or a leg to stand on?
