I went to trial today for a traffic violation, (move over law). While I defended my case well I lost because the Judge said I asked the cop for a warning, which admitted guilt. This took place in Missouri and I can’t find any law that says asking for a warning is admitting guilt can you tell me if this is true, and if so where can I find the law on this.
