As for the school sanction and whether your daughter can be suspended for cyberbullying, the answer is yes. If you feel that her suspension period is unfair due to the other girl only getting 5 days, perhaps you could request a meeting with the principal or vice principal to discuss the situation. You could also look into appealing her suspension and taking the matter to the school board. As for the possibility of criminal charges, yes, cyberbullying is a criminal offense in Arkansas.
