Hello , i was wondering just recently my friend got arrested for me with kidnapping charges. I was wondering if a minor runs away and you get caught with them is it kidnapping ? Even if you didn’t help them plan it out or even knew they was a run away or a minor ? And If it is kidnapping can if the victim/minor comes and says they did everything willingly and gave consent will the judge drop the charges ?
