My son called me today because his teacher got upset with him because he didn’t have his school ID on. As he was putting it on, she got ugly with him and started to belittle him in front of his classmates. She told him he looks like he has a problem with authority and is most likely going to end up in prison. My son called me to tell me he was proud of himself because he didn’t respond to her in an abrasive manner. He recently got a 1 day suspension because he disrespected the AP over another teacher who would not let him go back to his class. School was dismissed for the day and he remembered he left his paper and went back to get it, the teacher clearing the hall would not let him pass and another teacher let him but she got mad because he didn’t listen to her and she call the AP. My son and his big mouth told the AP school is out and that she is just a lady in a suit and he does not have to listen to her and he left. well he got suspended for that. I don’t condone his big mouth and that’s why i accepted the suspension. My question to you is how do I handle both those teachers…I called and left messages for the senior AP and his teacher and they have not returned any of my calls.
