If I agreed in mediation to have my sons live with their father and now its been a year and their being neglected, no stable place to stay,
not going to school, haven’t been to medical checkups, fathers not allowing them to talk to me, fathers not following the court order. Can I file a motion after judgment because of thsee reasons?
Please help!
