I am having trouble with a neighbor. I live on a 75 acre farm with many many fruit trees and grape vines and blueberrie bushs and etc. We talk all our clippings and put it into one big pile on the acre line. We live in the country, not the city. We also have a big stump sitting in the pile as well. Does my neighbor have the right to make me move my brush pile even if it come from our agricultural off the farm as well as the big stump?
