Can I file a complaint with the CA bar association, against an attorney if I know for a fact he knew and advised his client to do something that was in direct violation and or a attempt to deceive the court (FAMILY LAW COURT)? What if I had proof of the act, although how the proof was obtained may be questionable. What would happen if the judge presiding in the case anonymously received said proof in the mail?
