My son is filing a post conviction relief appeal. He has sent me certificates that he has accomplished while being incarcerated. Can I request to see the Judge & present these certificates & put input about how my son being incarcerated has changed his life around. Just trying to figure out if it’s something that could help with getting a post conviction relief approved.
