Hi my fiance was arrested for a felony domestic violence. He pushed me after I pushed him. He’s mentally ill with skitzotypo personality disorder and bipolar I told the arresting officer they did nothing I told the DA he withheld that information from the judge he was then thrown in jail and went on suicide watch for giving himself two black eyes lumps and bruises head to toe and a cracked nose. He was held in suicide watch for 6 days with no medication. Is this legal. He was off his medication for three weeks
