I was caught breaking and entering into a old building and charged with felony destruction of property when I was 14. I never went to court because I took a plea deal and was put on probation. While I was on probation I had to pay $11,000 in restitution. I’m now 17 and I broke my plea deal because I ran away for 2 weeks. I am no facing The possibility of being charged with 2 felony from when I was 14. My record is clean except for the one indecent when I was 14. I’m just wondering what i should expect if I have to go to court. I’m afraid of getting charged with 2 felony’s and wondering if there is anything i can do. Id really appreciate any help.
