i was offered a diversion but wasn’t able to complete the class within the time frame. i have recently completed the class and sent it to the court. at court i was told to show up a year from 10/26/2015 with my certificate. a week before my court date i contact the court to get a motion to continue. at this time i was advised my court date was on 10/17/2016 (wasn’t aware) and an arrest warrant was placed. my question is can the judge remove the warrant and go forward with the diversion plan?
