Hello,
On a the mobile app called snapchat a boy sent a nude to my friend. My friend sent a pic of herself in her bikini back to the boy. From what she told me she has never saved and distributed the nude of boy. However the boy distributed the pic of her in the bikini which the police found out about on another person’s phone which later resulted in my friend’s phone being confiscated by the police.
So my question is:
1, can maddie face juvenile detention even though she was in a bikini on the photo she sent (my friend lives in penslyvannia).
2, how can I be a supportive friend to her.

Please respond with advice,

Thank you so much

Sarah
