I know someone that walked into another persons residence by mistake and now is getting charged with a Class 6 Felony for breaking and unlawful entry when there was no damages to the premises at all, it was just a mistake. Is there anyway that he can get around this charge or maybe be charged with Misdemeanor Trespassing.
