I lost my fiancee in accident in 2016. The car he was driving was titled registered and insured in my alone. He was driver. However we refinaced the car in his name at a bank which I signed to be used as collateral. He did take life credit on this loan and so its been payed in full..however the bank put the car insurance check into his bank. Is this an estate case or bring the bank to court? Any information
Or what to do is much appreciated thank you in advance.
