I was arrested for first time possesion of meth. 3 days before my schedused court date, i was arrested cited and released for possesion again. I just showed up to court on the date given to me on my first ticket. I am not on the list. Nor is there a record stating my apearance date. I went to the window and the clerk said my ticket may not have processed yet. What happened? And what sort of penaltie am i looking at in alameda co. For first time offense of a controled substance, followed by a second charge before i appear for the first. Thank you.
