Donald Trump Threatens to ‘Destroy’ Texas Senator’s Career

Can a United States President threaten to destroy a United States Senator’s career because he doesn’t like what the Senator said? This is a form of bullying on a grand scale. I thought we live in a civil society that we don’t go around threatening people’s livelihood. I love America and I am appalled that our Command-in-Chief is allowed to say such hateful and vile things and no one is putting him in check. Where are all the Checks and Balances of the government? He’s acting just like a DICTATOR! I’ve attached an article that will explain further. I would appreciate your thoughts on this.
