When I was 15 I stole $200 worth of clothes from Target. It was my first offense and I really shouldn’t have done it. I stole from places before but was never caught and never this muchs worth. I was taken down to the police station and they booked me in the system. I had to meet with a Po and after needed to complete 10 hours of this bible study and write a letter of apology. My po said that what happened was sealed on my record so if I apply for jobs I can put “no criminal record ” or options similar to that, he said I need to go back when I’m 18 to court, which is in May. I’m just wondering what I should expect to happen, what I should do, or if it will go on my permanent record?
