Hello your honor I guess I have so much on my mind I hope you can understand, I am disabled with 3 kids and divorced, my ex husband and I have joint custody but he has changed this first of all how this all started my oldest daughter got mad because I continue to smoke around them and in the degree in broke that which this habit hard to break then she got an additude and tells me she dosent have to listen to me and conditions to say no then I told her fine you need to leave and go live with your dad since you don’t listen I guess I am not your mother, than my 17 year old comes to my place in a few weeks with an additude she tells my 8 year old that she is her mom and that she dosent have to listen to me plus saying she will do whatever it takes to keep her away from me.
Than my ex husband tells me in front of my daughter that I am not going f. Ing change.
Then he verbally told me he was stalking me and it’s been about 6 months and he keeps the kids at his place, also tells me because I make my daughter upset about her school work plus job that I am BadGering her, plus she gets mad and now says I am harassing her, plus my oldest continues to disrespect me and tells me I can’t play the parent card and that my 8 year old has rights over me, so my ex husband plans on getting full custody of my 3 kids and he today said no I can’t see them in order to see my kids I have to abide by their way. Plus more but this is just a bit but wondering my right and what I can do . What will happen?
