My child had their phone taken out of their locker at school by the principal. The principal removed the ds card and down loaded all the videos/photos. There was a video of him and friends months earlier squirting water balloons in the bathroom (after school hours). My son got in trouble. Mind you he is not a “trouble” maker and there was no reason given for taking the phone and ds card. I believe his 4th amendment rights were violated. Do I have any legal grounds against this principal?
