Back In 2001 I was sent to a divertion program for buying a stolen calculator. I completed the program but I never sent a letter that I was supposed to send for completing it. It’s 2017 and that case has never been brought up again, I don’t have a warrant out for me. So do you think I might still have a misdemeanor? Or do you think the program turned in all the information for the people who completed the program. I never did jail time. Never had probation. Just did the program and failed to send in that letter.
