When I was 14 years old I was arrested for a misdemeanor possession of marijuana. I will be 23 in May, so that was about 9 years ago. The record was sealed after 6 months. I am now applying to law school.
So the question is- do I have to disclose this in the application? I have researched it and for the most part everything I have read says YES full disclosure. I just don’t know if it applies to me because it happened so long ago when I was a minor. Thanks for your help.
