a title insurance company lied in writing to me about having a claim…we sued the home vendor and home inspector and they have a copy of the letter also. we beat them but the judgement fell well short of the losses suffered financially. found out later that they had lied and they have admitted we have a claim…they are using the threat of bringing the home owner and inspector back at us as we signed saying we would take no further action against them…as we were under the false impression there was no one else to sue….can they use this threat as we signed under false information from them… and it is effective as i would rather die than give those two crooks back a dime…
