I am being sued by the parents of a significant other / tenant. My significant other was a tenant in my home while I was incarcerated. The cause of action has to do with replacing a warrantied boiler heat and hot water system. I purchased the unit it was defective and replaced the cost incurred was to install the warrantied unit. I never entered into any agreement or any contract to borrow money from them. I feel they should be suing their daughter.
