I am a silent partner with a pharmacy, my partner is a pharmacist and stealing from pharmacy and I have proof, since I am not a pharmacist and I can not run the pharmacy , can I ask the Judge force for sale and how long it takes (I am afraid if I report him he may destroy the business).
