If me and a few friends worked at a retail store and we all took merchandise about a year-and-a-half for 2 years ago in Utah. One girl doesn’t work there and hasn’t for a year-and-a-half but I do and was recently caught shoplifting there. I turned in the other girl that worked there a year and a half ago. Can they still charge her?
