If my girlfriends kids spill something on my desktop computer while I’m not home after repeatedly being told not to eat or drink at it would she legally be held responsible to pay for damages if I took her to court over it. She’s already said she won’t pay a dime if it happens and I can put it up if that’s the case. So basically I can’t have my computer set up because she won’t take responsibility for her kids actions?
