I have a friend who was recently convicted back in January. He was sentenced to 12years on a B felony. He agreed and signed for a 3 year minimum towards his sentenced. He had 54 days of jail time credit from which he went to jail back in 2014 before his bond. He is currently still in the county jail waiting for Arkansas Dept. Of Corrections to come and get him. But he has a ADC number now. His pe/te date says 12/16/2022. Is that date supposed to go down as he earn his good time credit? With him being a first time offender does that effect his time as well? Can he be eligible for parole before 2022?
