I will try to make a long story short. My Ex husband has a crazy girlfriend. We had an argument on the phone. (she called me) She tried to say harassment and get a restraining order. The court turned her down. She then made my ex husband go get one. They allowed a TPO. I guess they do because we were married and they let the courts handle it. Well it to was thrown out of court. No protection order granted. In the mean time I was dumb and accidently broke the TPO. So they consider that a separate matter. Anyways I have had no physical contact with me ex in 3 years. In the past 2 years I have texted maybe on 4 occasions and actually talked to him just once. He claims in his report that I may have a drinking problem. This is from a man that I have not seen in 3 years and have talked to just once in the past 2. Why would the courts believe what he said and make me go to an alcohol assessment. This man does not even know me anymore. I do not have a drug or alcohol problem. The last time I drank was at Xmas and I have never done drugs. I am just shocked they would take the words of someone who doesn’t know me.
