I’m 13 and my parent were never married so they don’t live together. My father lives in Utah and I’m forced to visit him for half of the summer and I haven’t wanted to since I was 7 because he ignores me for the rest of the year unless I am out there. I went to court for it when I was 9 and the judge increased the time. the judge said to me when I was 13 I would get to decide how long i saw him for. I was wondering if this is actually true?
