So my parents weren’t from America and when I was born I’m not sure if my parents spelled or even read the form for my name right. My name is Yue Pheng Xiong with Yue Pheng as my first and Xiong as my last. But I pretty sure that my parents did it wrong and put Pheng as my middle name when I was born when my full name should be Yue Pheng. I asked my parent’s about this but they don’t remember. So is there a way I can be sure? Or is there a way I can legally change my name with my parent’s consent?
