I Typed The First One Wrong! Here It Is .. My Parents Have Joint Custody Of Me, But Because I Live In Alabama With My Mom, My Dad Only Gets To See Me In The Summer Time. My Mom And Dad Both Agreed In Front Of The Judge And On Documented Paper When I Was 3 Years Old, That My Dad Would Be Able To See Me 45 Days Out Of The Summer. But Since My Mom Is Mad At Me She’s Not Allowing Me To See Him This Summer. Since This Is Documented And The Judge Signed It Is This Illegal To Do? I Don’t Want To Live With My Mom Anymore, But She Stated I Am Not Going To Go Live With My Dad. I Really Want To Live With My Dad, But She Told Me He Has No Chance Even If We Got Court Involved Because She Is A Good Parent. I Just Really Feel Like I Have No Say In Where I Want To Live And I Don’t Find It Fair What So Ever. Do I Actually Have A Possible Chance To Go Live With My Dad Or I’m Just Stuck Living Where They Want Me To Live???????? DO I HAVE A VOICE?
