Hi. I have a situation going on. Just to give you a backstory, I moved to PA with my mother in 2006, unfortunately my mother just a year after moving here in 2007. My grandmother then took over her estate, including paying the mortage in the house my Mother had brought in PA. For 10 years my grandmother has paid mortgage and has been doing her best to get deed of the house in her name but for what ever reason has been unable to.. Unfortunately, our mortgage company said our house has been foreclosed on and this is mainly due to the deed of the house not being in her name . Is there something we can do? I feel that we wronged because we didn’t find out our house was foreclosed on until after the fact ( in april) even after applying for a load modificaton back in March
