My ex husband was granted residential parent of our 8 year old daughter cause I work midnights. I filed a custody modification to seek residential custody as my shift has changed to days. My daughter has brought it to my attention that one her friends is touching her in vagina and she does not like it and it hurts. I brought it to her fathers attention and all he does is yell and says I’m blaming him. Which I am not. My daughters says she tries to tell him things but he never listens. She does not want to go back there to daddy’s. It’s not happening there she just don’t feel like her listens to her and she is unable to communicate with him like things like this. Can I file an emergency motion on behalf of my daughter to remove her from her fathers house till this is investigated?
