My friend is 17 and I am 18. I was giving him a ride home from practice and we drove around a bit before I took him home, upon his request, because he didn’t want to go home yet.none of his family knew he was with me. When I took him home his mom passed us on the road to his house then turned around at the end of the road (she does not care for me). Is this still considered kidnapping since he went with me willingly and asked me to drive around with him for a bit before taking him home?
