Hi Judge I sold my van to my mothers friend and she was like a auntie to me but when I sold it to her she didn’t have all of the money she asked can she make payments I told her yes then she asked can she drive the car to get back and fourth to work I said yes she was driving the vehicle with my license plates on it. I would have to call her an call her to get some of the money. I started receiving tickets in the mail I had never gotten a. Ticket myself I told her about it she said her son got them an she wasn’t working and that she would make him stop driving.. I said ok I called her oneday when I got another and told her about and she told me she wasn’t paying she wasn’t the one driving make a long story short. I went and got my plates off the vehicle they tried to fight me the next day Her son an his child mother came to my daughter School and tried to jump me. t she still haven’t paid me she is ignoring me my tickets are in collection now I have the title to the van an another key. I am trying to find out what should I do or what can I do?
