My boyfriend ad I were caught by the police for trespassing in a local park in Arizona. I am 17, and he is 18. We were doing things that we probably should not have been doing, and they told us that they had seen my car in the park. They said that the park closed at 10, and it is posted 3 times outside the park. They called in our names when they asked for our licenses, an gave us a verbal warning about trespassing, and told us to leave. This was all before the 12 am curfew. My question is whether my parents will find out, and whether it is going to go on our records. We received a VERBAL warning, not a written one.
