Hi,
My brother met with an accident in AZ. witness told that it was my brother’s fault b’coz due to heavy sun light on the signal it appears to be Green but it was red. Thats what witness told. Police gave the incident report as “Unable to stop at red due to weather/enironment issue”. Sounds like my brother is at fault, but his insurance said as per his coverage they can pay max $10K only per incident, but looks like other car damage is going to cost atleast $20K. My borhter don’t have much money to pay that much balance. what will happened if he is not able to pay the remaining balance.
