Today is Constitution Day
That’s right. Two hundred twenty-seven years ago, on September 17, 1787, a small group of men gathered in Philadelphia to sign a document that has withstood the test of time. The U.S. Constitution and its 27 Amendments remain the governing ideals of our democracy. These documents affect all of our lives and continue to be debated in courts and state legislatures across the country.
