Hello, I’m 17 years old in the state of Texas. One night a couple buddies and i went to Walmart. One friend, H, was in the car while my friend, J, and i were inside. J was talking about stealing beer and i was neither encouraging nor discouraging him. He did it and i walked out with him and we left. A random citizen got our plates and reported it to the police. J and H are both 16 but I’m 17. J has a record and H is under investigation for vandalism. I have nothing on my record and planning on joining Texas state troopers. What will happen to me, and what can i do to get this off my record and remain clean for my career? Thank you. (FYI I’m not some affluenza teen. I’m very regretful and not normally involved in stuff like this)
