A guy took explicit pics of my daughter after a party where she’d drank alcohol and passed out then posted the pics on social media sites of her breasts and close ups other vaginal area that showed her face in the pics as well. She’s on probation therefore shouldn’t have been drinking. Is there a way she can still press charges without violating her probation in doing so.
